In this call, the main objective is to see whether I’m the right fit for your needs. You’ll talk to me about what it is you are looking for when buying a home in Orlando, and you can ask me any questions you have about the process you are about to embark on or my experience living in Central Florida.

Before we start looking at houses, we’ll figure out how much you can afford and get you pre-approved for a mortgage. This will narrow down your search and make you a more competitive buyer when you find the home you love.

We’ll start looking at homes online and in person to get a sense of what’s available in your price range and desired location. We’ll then visit your favorites in hopes of finding the perfect home in Orlando.

Once we find the home you want to buy, I’ll help negotiate pricing and extend an offer to the Seller. We’ll figure out contingencies and things like the home inspection.

Once the mortgage is finalized with the lender, the loan is finalised and we’ll get you to sign all the paperwork needed for you to get your keys. I’ll then bug you for a picture in celebration of a really amazing day!
